FedEx International Economy: Estimated delivery within 7-9 business days.
FedEx International Priority: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days, available to 220 countries worldwide.*
FedEx International First: A premium service available for select cities, with an estimated delivery of 4-6 business days to the US & Europe, and around 6 business days to Asia.
FedEx International Priority Express: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. This service is available for the following destinations:
America: USA & Canada
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
Asia: China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Garments acquired through our online store may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 45 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Standard Returns: For a standard return, the cost of shipping the item back to us must be covered by the customer.
Incorrect or Defective Items: If your return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, all associated shipping costs will be covered by Lina Marín Trademark.
Warranty: All our garments are protected by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

2.1. Return Exclusions

To ensure the quality and integrity of our garments, please note that we are unable to accept returns for items under the following conditions:

  • If the garment has been damaged due to improper use or care, such as exposure to chemicals, high heat, or sharp objects.
  • If the garment shows any signs of being worn, including odors, sweat marks, or makeup stains.
  • If the garment appears to have been washed incorrectly or contrary to the care instructions provided on its tag and online product description. This includes damage from mixing light and dark colors or soaking specially dyed fabrics.
  • For hygiene purposes, intimate apparel such as bikini bottoms, bodysuits, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • The lifecycle of our products depends on their individual use and care. Returns or replacements will not be offered for products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded their expected lifecycle.

3. Garment Availability

We strive to keep our online inventory perfectly synchronized with our stock. However, in the rare event that a discrepancy occurs and a garment you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you immediately via email, WhatsApp, or phone. You will have the choice of selecting another one of our pieces or receiving a full and prompt refund.

4. Payment Verification

To ensure the security of every transaction and protect our clients from fraud, payments made by credit card may be subject to verification. If your order is selected for this process, a member of our team may contact you to request a photo of the cardholder’s government-issued ID. This helps us confirm ownership of the card and prevent any unauthorized use.
